CONTACT

Contact the View Analysis Place Editors

Send questions, corrections, or suggestions for flows worth analyzing. Messages go to the editors directly — no sales inbox, no automated triage.

We read everything. We reply to most messages, though not always quickly. Corrections move first.

Write to us

Tell us what you found

The more specific the note, the faster we can check it. For errors, name the app, the task you tried, and what you saw. For ideas, name the flow and what felt hard to explain.

Include enough context that we can act without a follow-up round. If your note is time-sensitive, say so and explain why.

Useful notes

What to send us

The most useful messages are corrections, suggestions for an app or flow to analyze, questions about our evaluation method, or a pattern you ran into and cannot explain.

Suggestions that name a specific task and describe the difficulty are the ones we act on. Mobile design questions with screenshots of context, steps, and app version get checked first.

Clear boundary

What we cannot help with

We are an editorial site, not a consultancy. We do not provide design audits, product reviews for hire, or feedback on individual portfolios.

We also cannot help with app development, hiring, or vendor selection. Requests to promote a product, insert a link, or publish sponsored content will not get a reply.

Hands holding a phone while studying a street-level app flow

Good notes describe the task, not just the screen. Where were you, what did you try to do, and where did the flow break?

Corrections and how we handle them

We would rather be corrected than be wrong and confident. Several of the sharper analyses on this site exist because a reader pointed out something we had missed.

Substance change

If a correction changes the conclusion, we update the article and note the change at the end so readers see what moved.

Small clarification

If it clarifies a detail without changing the conclusion, we usually fold it in quietly during the next edit.

What to include

App name, task, app version, and what you observed step by step. A short screen recording description helps even without attachments.

Faster check

UX research contact works best when it is concrete. App design collaboration starts from shared evidence, not from a claim that something feels off.

Collaboration and research inquiries

We exchange notes with researchers, designers, and academics working on mobile interface questions, particularly Korean apps or cross-market localization.

If there is a genuine overlap, describe what you are working on and what you would want from us. Vague partnership proposals rarely lead anywhere useful, so a paragraph of specifics beats a deck.

Response times

There is no support desk behind this form. Editors read messages directly, so replies can take a few days — longer if the question needs testing a flow we have not covered.

  • Corrections are prioritized over general inquiries.

  • We cannot promise a fast answer, but time-sensitive notes with a reason get triaged first.

  • Contact View Analysis Place again if a week passes with no reply — messages do get buried.

Quiet reading room where editors review messages

Before you write

Quick answers to the notes we receive most often. If yours is different, use the form above.

How long does a reply usually take?

A few days in most cases. Corrections are prioritized, and questions that require testing an app we have not covered can take longer while we reproduce the flow.

Do you accept guest articles?

Occasionally, when the piece is specific and fits the site scope on Korean mobile patterns. Send a short outline rather than a finished draft, with the flow and question you want to answer.

Can you review my app?

We do not offer reviews on request, but you can suggest a flow for coverage. Suggestions that name a specific task and explain the difficulty are the ones we act on.

Spotted a flow we should explain?

Send the app, the task, and what puzzled you. If it fits our scope on Korean mobile design, we will put it in the reading queue.
